Winery Assistant

One of our clients in the Winery industry needs someone who will assist in the production area. If you have experience in wine making, or in a Hospitality industry where you have knowledge on wines, this might be suitable for you.

Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Assisting with wine production and processing activities
• Cleaning and sanitising tanks, barrels, equipment, and work areas
• Supporting bottling, labelling, and packaging operations
• Monitoring fermentation and cellar conditions
• Moving and handling wine barrels, materials, and stock
• Operating basic winery machinery and equipment
• Following health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Assisting the production team with general cellar duties during busy production periods

Requirements

• Ability to work under pressure
• Physically fit to do tasks
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Excellent English communication skills

Education and Experience

• Background working in the wine industry is an asset
• Experience in Hospitality industry in considered an advantage
