Laundry Attendant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Laundry Attendant to join our team. As a Laundry Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and other laundry items are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Sort, wash, dry, and fold all linens, towels, and other laundry items according to company standards
- Inspect linens for stains, tears, or other damage and report any issues to the supervisor
- Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines
- Keep track of inventory and restock laundry supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organised laundry room at all times
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling and storing laundry items
- Assist with other housekeeping duties as needed

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry heavy laundry items
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
