WT Continental in Malta is currently looking to recruit Kitchen Staff to join their team on a full-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Kitchen Staff (Kitchen Helpers and Dishwashers). If you have a passion for food and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the head chef
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Stock and restock ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
  • Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
  • Assist in cleaning and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from superiors
  • Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent education preferred.
