Hilton Malta is recruiting for a Head Concierge to join our team on a Full-Time basis.
This role is there to lead and supervise the Concierge and Porter team, ensure that all information that might be needed by guests is always available and relevant to our guests.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, passionate, and self-motivated, and able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team, ideally with at least 3 years' experience within a Concierge Department within a 5 star environment.
It is essential for the selected candidate to have the ability to create instant and long-lasting relationships with existing, key and new guests for the hotel and ensuring your team has the confidence to achieve this as well.
The position necessitates an in-depth knowledge of the Maltese islands and the local network of suppliers, good,s and services. Fluency in various languages will be favourably looked upon.
