The Front Office Supervisor will supervise and co-ordinate the shift activities at the Front Desk, act as a liaison between guests and Management in order to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free and proactive service to customers; hence maximise rooms revenue and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous reception of guests
  • Communication and recording of complaints
  •  Assist in training new staff members, coach them and monitor their performance
  • Ensure the desk is covered at all times
  • Have full awareness of current daily status of Hotel
  • Ensure smooth hand over to next shift

The selected candidate must:

  • Have previous similar experience within a 5 star hotel environment;
  • Able to speak in English and another European language;
  • Have excellent communication skills;
  • Be able to address guests needs and demands;
  • Have an eye for detail and a smart appearance;
  • Be a team player;
  • Flexible with working hours including nights, evenings and weekends.
