Job Role:
The Front Office Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the shift activities at the Front Desk, and act as a liaison between guests and Management to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble-free, and proactive service to customers; hence maximizing rooms revenue and guest satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  •  Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous reception of guests
  • Communication and recording of complaints
  •  Assist in training new staff members, coach them, and monitor their performance
  • Ensure the desk is covered at all times
  • Have full awareness of the current daily status of the Hotel
  • Ensure smooth handover to the next shift.


Requirements:

  • Have previous similar experience within a 5-star hotel environment
  • Able to speak in English and another European language
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to address guests' needs and demands
  • Have an eye for detail and a smart appearance
  • Be a team player
  • Flexible with working hours including nights, evenings, and weekends.
