Our client, operating in the catering industry, is looking for a Front of House Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Managing Director, your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing shifts & Active service (as required)
  • Full control of human resource management & rostering
  • Labour Cost review and improvement
  • Team Recruitment & Training
  • Assistance with IT systems including (but not limited to) Lightspeed, Apicbase, Deputy & Indigo
  • Restaurant bookings/reservations and customer relations
  • Manning of company mobile phone
  • Management of Social Media portals & messages (Facebook, Instagram and others)
  • Management of events calendar and organisation

The role is being offered on a 40/45hour - Tuesday to Sunday on roster basis on a yearly definite contract. 

Skill-sets and Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Education & Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role locally
  • Excellent customer service skills
