Food & Beverage Attendant

Prestige Travel Marketing Ltd. is looking to recruit a Food & Beverage Attendant to join their team at the Hotel Calypso in Gozo on a full-time basis.

Duties:  

• To assist the head waiter in the running of the F&B outlet 
• To carry out all duties as directed by the restaurant supervisor to maintain a smooth operation in the outlet 
• Take orders from customers 
• To serve food and beverages in accordance with laid-down standards and in a professional manner 
• To clean tables and ensure they are cleaned as soon as it is apparent that customers have finished their food or drink 
• To clean and refill cruet and condiment sets 
• Ensure sideboards on stations are adequately stocked with replacement cutlery, linen, or other established needs.

Requirements:   

• Good level of English Language 
• Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
