Food & Beverage Associate
The Xara Palace in Malta is looking to recruit a fun-loving, energetic Food & Beverage Associate to join their fantastic team at their new venue located in the heart of the popular Balluta Bay area.

Your role: Manage and assume full responsibility for each guest’s dining experience from start to finish, and multitask between assisting guests, bussing, running, wine service, and anything needed to provide memorable and personalized service for our guests;
- Describe and inform guests confidently on all elements of the menu (food and beverage) and restaurant;
- Ability to multi-task and perform in high-volume, high-intensity restaurants;
- Demonstrate a warm, friendly, high-energy personality with a positive attitude and an open-minded and team-oriented mindset;
- Previous experience is preferred but not required, as full training and guidance will be provided;
- Flexible schedule and open availability (full-time) to meet business needs;
- Motivated, organized, and charismatic individual seeking a long-term position in which you can develop and be led by example.
