Job Description

Great Dane Restaurant is looking for a creative and experienced individual to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have previous work experience in the role being offered

• Should be able to work under pressure and work shifts, including evening, weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced environment.

• Should be able to work on own initiative and under minimum supervision.

• Should be a team player

• Must be Hardworking

• Should be Punctual

• Must follow all hygiene regulations (including HACCP)

• Must be able to speak in English well (if s/he is not a Maltese nationality)

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of professional cooking experience.

Its first restaurant was ‘The Winston’ in Sliema which rapidly established itself as one of the leading restaurants on the Island.Since 1979 Walshs Ltd have also been operating the catering facilities at the Danish Village at the Mellieha Holiday Centre.
