Manakis Greek Taverna, located in the heart of Spinola Bay, St. Julian's, is looking for the right person to manage its operation efficiently and profitably, while nurturing its goodwill and ethos.  This is an excellent career opportunity with a strong company for an ambitious person who is keen to develop and lead an enthusiastic and hardworking team.

The Restaurant Manager will be accountable to the Operations Manager.

It is important that applicants possess the following attributes:

- Knowledge of and a passion for good food and drink, and outstanding customer service.

- Be a clear communicator, fluent in English and ideally in Maltese, and possibly with knowledge of other languages.

- A people’s person.

- Be able to motivate staff by leading by example, whilst sharing knowledge and experience.

- Be driven and goal-oriented.

- Have certification from the I.T.S or a similar catering college and/or work experience with a well-established restaurant.

All applicants need to be currently living in Malta, and in the case of non-EU nationals, a valid permit to work in Malta and a clean Police conduct are a must.
