Food and Beverage Server

Job Description
Mallard Co. Ltd (Qawra Palace) in Malta is a hospitality ownership managed by the Vella family, with the most welcoming management and staff who provide their customers with efficient and pleasant service. They are currently looking to recruit a Food and Beverage Server to join their team on a full-time basis. As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be expected to attend to the customer's request in a courteous and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers
• Inform customers about special offers or buffet menu
• Take down beverage and meal orders
• Place orders with kitchen staff
• Serve prepared meals to customers
• Prepare the bill and process payments
• Ensure a clean and safe environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset
• Food Handling Certificate
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work long shifts and flexible hours
• Excellent communication skills.
