F&B Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring quality service and efficiency.
• Supervise, train, and mentor staff for excellent guest service.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Manage inventory, cost control, and optimize sales performance.
• Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and management for smooth workflow.
• Maintain records and report operational challenges.
Requirements
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in F&B or hospitality, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Education: Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills:
o Strong leadership and team management abilities.
o Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
o Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
o Ability to handle cash, budgets, and inventory control.
o Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility: Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
