Event Solutions Malta by Vacations Malta Ltd - a long-established incoming tourism company - s currently looking to recruit a German-speaking Customer Care/Travel Representative.

*Non-German speaking applicants need not apply.

Duties required but not restricted to: Meeting arriving individual and group clients at the airport or harbour; 
  • Co-ordinating their transport; 
  • Visiting guests in respective hotels and overseeing that all is in order; 
  • Giving clients all the necessary information and assisting them in buying excursions and activities offered by the company; 
  • Accompanying and assisting in any events that the company might have organized for individuals guests and groups; 
  • Assisting clients with their departure transfers and airport formalities; 
  • Doing all related office duties related to the above-mentioned tasks; 
  • Assisting in general office duties as requested by the management during the less busy periods of the year.
Requirements: 
  • Be mature and responsible; 
  • Experience in this job will be considered an asset; 
  • Have an outgoing character and love meeting people; 
  • Excellent command of spoken and written German. Working knowledge of an additional language/s will be considered an asset. 
  • Very good command of spoken and written English; 
  • Have a clean driving license and preferably own a car.
