We are looking for a passionate and experienced Commis Chef to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a professional kitchen and a good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of dishes, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and specifications.
They will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organised work area, ensuring that all food is stored and handled in accordance with food safety regulations.
The Commis Chef must have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.
They must also be able to work as part of a team and be willing to take on additional tasks as required.
