Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie with specific expertise in Grill, Pasta, and Pizza stations. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in these areas, a strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes on the grill, pasta, and pizza stations to the highest standard.
• Ensure consistency in portioning, presentation, and taste.
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation, strictly adhering to hygiene and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and report any shortages or equipment issues.
• Uphold kitchen cleanliness before, during, and after shifts, including deep-cleaning tasks.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role, with strong skills on grill, pasta, and pizza stations.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
• High level of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Good communication skills in English. 
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Passion for food and a strong team-player mentality.
