Assisting Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive individual to support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. 

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training and development, fostering a positive work environment.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and presentation.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Flexibility to shift work: mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
