Cafeteria Waiter

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly individual to join our team as a Cafeteria Waiter (full-time).

Responsibilities:
- Perform opening and closing procedures.

- Preparing and serving foods such as wraps, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, crepes

- Making and serving coffee, teas, lattes, drinks, shakes and smoothies

- Take customer orders accurately.

- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including tables, chairs, floors and waste areas.

- Assist in setting up and breaking down the cafeteria for service, including restocking supplies as needed.

- Collaborate with staff and management to ensure smooth operation during service hours.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good verbal and written command of English
