Barlatte Cafe in Malta is seeking to recruit an experienced Barista who can handle running the outlet at a high standard.
We are looking for someone who can perform the following duties with a polite and engaging personality:
- Welcoming customers and providing excellent service
- Informing customers of specials and upselling products
- Preparing and serving foods such as sandwiches, wraps, baked goods, pancakes, waffles, crepes, ice-cream
- Making and serving coffee, tea, lattes, shakes, smoothies, and drinks
- Cleaning and sanitizing of all areas at all times
- Placing requests for orders and controlling stock at the required level
- Updating signage and displays to attract customers
- Adhere to all food health & safety regulations and quality control.
Requirements:
- The ability to commit to flexible working hours in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Whilst training will be provided, previous experience in a similar role would be considered an asset.
