Bar Tender

As a Bartender at one of our outlets within the Hotel establishment you will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and be passionate about working in hospitality, specifically within the food and beverage sector.

You will be expected to have a strong passion and extensive product knowledge of both classic and house cocktails. In this role, you will mix, shake, pour, and create stunning drinks to our specifications using various methods and techniques, all of which you will receive comprehensive in-house training for to ensure our high standards are maintained. Your thorough understanding of our wide range of products will enable you to provide the best experience to our guests and enhance your knowledge of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a premium Italian food and beverage experience to all guests
• Ensure brand standards are achieved in all areas
• Upsell premium beverages and cocktails
• Create a positive working environment that encourages others to grow and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, exceeding all statutory compliance obligations
