Bar and Floor Staff Wanted (Bugibba Area)

WT Continental in Malta is currently looking to recruit Bar and Floor Staff to join their team on a full/part-time basis.

Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Bar Staff/Glass Collectors in the lively Bugibba area. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and serve drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Collect and wash glassware and utensils
• Restock and replenish bar supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
• Knowledge of different types of drinks and cocktails
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid work permit
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
