Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa is looking to recruit a full-time Banqueting Supervisor with a passion for the industry and who possesses strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of the department.
The Banqueting Supervisor shall assist the Banqueting Manager in the day-to-day running of the department to deliver the best service to our esteemed guests.
The Banqueting Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Managing the team in the necessary preparation of the service
- Mentoring and constantly motivating the team to provide a better service
- Assisting the team during service when required
- Regularly training the team, in line with the Hotel’s brand standards
- Greeting guests and ensuring that their experience is a memorable one.
The selected candidate must:
- Have excellent communication and leadership skills
- Be able to address guests' needs and demands
- Have an eye for detail and a smart appearance
- Have at least one year's experience in a similar post.
