We are currently looking to recruit an AYS Agent PT (Telephone Operator) on part-time basis.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all incoming calls / requests are attended and that all requests exceed guest expectations when serving them while maintaining the highest Hotel quality standard.
  • Responsible for handling all incoming calls by dispatching of external and internal guest calls relating to the hotel`s reservations for rooms and restaurants bookings, Housekeeping, Laundry, Front Desk, Maintenance, Security and Room Service orders, inquiries and information.
  • Knows the hotels facilities and services and is updated on any special offers and other day to day essential information.
  • Provides seamless and quality service delivered with courtesy and confidence and be able to handle request, queries and complaints in a professional manner and to guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure guest follow ups, registers feedback on the guest profiles.
  • Responsible to keep the Service Centre area organized and all equipment in working order and tidy at all times.
