Our client who specializes in the hospitality industry is looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager. Your roles and responsibilities': 

  • Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, email, or other methods promptly and accurately
  • Lead and guide the Reservations team to achieve their full potential and meet departmental objectives
  • Train, supervise, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Ensure all administrative procedures are completed accurately and adhere to departmental and brand guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
  • Monitor and maintain reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the reservation process and increase revenue.
  • Communicate with guests to confirm reservation details and provide necessary information.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the management team to prioritize the overall success of the hotel.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase reservations and revenue.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and software
  • Italian speaking
Education and Experience
  • Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry is a must
