Our client who specializes in the hospitality industry is looking for an Assistant Reservations Manager. Your roles and responsibilities':
- Handle all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, email, or other methods promptly and accurately
- Lead and guide the Reservations team to achieve their full potential and meet departmental objectives
- Train, supervise, and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Ensure all administrative procedures are completed accurately and adhere to departmental and brand guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
- Monitor and maintain reservation systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the reservation process and increase revenue.
- Communicate with guests to confirm reservation details and provide necessary information.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the management team to prioritize the overall success of the hotel.
