Job vacancy: Activity Leader (Part-Time)

Have you just started your full-time studies after the summer holidays? Or do you work full time and are looking for a fun way to earn some extra money in the evenings and weekends? Do you enjoy meeting people? Showing them around cities and leading group events? Are you enthusiastic, organised, and a natural leader whilst being approachable and friendly at the same time?  We are looking for fun, bubbly people to accompany groups of students around Malta & Gozo. This is a part-time position where you work according to your availability on the days you can from  5 hours per week up to 30 hours per week.  If you are passionate about the Maltese Islands and love to explore whilst enjoying the outdoors, this is a great opportunity for you. We are actively hiring Social Leaders to start immediately.

Requirements:

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. (C2 level of spoken English preferred)
• Highly focused on customer service and team spirit;
• Enjoys the hospitality industry;
• Remains calm under pressure and able to use own initiative;
• Positive attitude, a strong sense of ownership, and the drive to succeed;
• Must be flexible and able to work evenings/weekends
• Ability to sell and promote activities;
• Have the right to live and work in Malta.

What will you take away?
As an activity leader, you will work primarily with students who do not speak English as their first language, thus enhancing your communication skills,  leadership skills, and your organisational skills. After an EF experience, you will leave having created great memories for yourself and your students or potentially kick start your career with EF.
