Job Summary:

Bureau Vallée is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Shop Manager to lead the team at our new store opening soon. The Shop Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving sales performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find the best value in office supplies, stationery, and tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the store
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to meet performance and customer service targets
• Ensure excellent merchandising, stock management, and visual presentation
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to achieve sales goals
• Handle customer queries and complaints effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards
• Collaborate with area management for reporting and planning.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory role
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
• Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Maltese or French is a plus.
