General Hand

Perform general day-to-day maintenance and repairs in relation to painting and plastering gypsum work, tiling works, carpentry and plumbing.

To assist in the upkeep of the garden.

To transport furniture, equipment and any other items.

To ensure that all equipment used for carrying out one's duties such as hand tools are properly maintained at all times.

To assist in the ongoing upkeep of the Vehicle fleet with regards to cleaning schedules, inspection and maintenance.

To assist Security staff in relation to delivery logistics.

To keep record of duties undertaken.

To observe and implement established policies and procedures as well as following Health and Safety Operational Standards.

To work within a team and supporting colleagues and management.

To carry out other miscellaneous duties which may be assigned to him from time to time.
