Operations Manager (m/f/d)

CASHPOINT is one of the leading names in the sports betting industry and part of MERKUR GROUP, an internationally recognised company with over 15,000 employees. We operate in multiple licenced markets, both online and with physical shops, and have ambitious plans for further expansion. 

For this reason, we are looking for an Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will oversee the planning, execution, and management of administrating Zendesk and other operational tools within the online casino environment. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, excellent numerical and reporting capabilities, and a process-driven approach to ensure seamless integration and operation of tools that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• As an Operations Manager (m/f/d), you will coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines for implementation and improvements of various online tools.
• Furthermore, you will develop detailed project plans, including tasks, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
• Moreover, you will track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• In addition, you will liaise with vendors for tool procurement, contract negotiation, and vendor selection.
• Finally, you will manage relationships with key tools Account Managers, including communication, issue resolution, and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the online gaming or online casino industry
• Extensive knowledge of Zendesk and its implementation within operational environments
• Strong project management skills, with experience using project management tools and methodologies
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to create and interpret complex reports
• Process-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail and continuous improvement
