Night Manager

Qawra Palace Resort And SPA in Malta is looking to recruit a Night Manager to join their team on a full-time basis.
 

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all hotel operations during the night shift to ensure guest satisfaction and safety
• Manage the night shift ensuring all employees perform the tasks assigned to them and coordinate Front Office activities with other departments
• Ensure that all staff follow the hand-over procedures at shift change and that all checks and task lists have been completed
• Ensure the accurate completion of the daily night audit in a timely fashion
• Oversee preparation of daily summary reports
• Welcome our guests to the hotel in a friendly and helpful manner
• Ensure that the public areas are kept clean and tidy.

Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills in the English language; another European language will be considered as an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Front of House operations; experience in a similar position would be considered an asset
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Have an outgoing personality and be smart in appearance
• Be computer literate
• Able to work on their own initiative and take decisions when not supervised.
