Act as the operational right hand to the Group CEO, ensuring priorities are executed across a fast-moving, multi-property hospitality business. This is a high-impact role focused on delivery, coordination, and performance across hotels, restaurants, and support functions.

🎯 Your Role

  • Work closely with the Group CEO to drive and execute key operational priorities
  • Track delivery of action points from executive meetings and ensure consistent follow-through
  • Review board materials, executive briefings, and internal reports for accuracy and relevance
  • Provide operational insights, analysis, and recommendations based on business performance
  • Prepare summaries of key operational and commercial data across properties
  • Organise agendas, attend meetings, and ensure clear communication of outcomes

📊 Operational & Performance Oversight

  • Support monitoring of operational performance across multiple properties
  • Review guest satisfaction data, dashboards, and key performance indicators
  • Highlight risks, gaps, and critical operational issues for escalation
  • Support the alignment of standards and performance expectations across the group

🤝 Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Coordinate group-wide initiatives, ensuring timelines, alignment, and accountability
  • Act as a key link between the CEO’s Office and senior leadership teams
  • Support structured communication across departments and properties

💡 What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience in hospitality operations, strategy, or executive support roles
  • Proven experience working closely with senior leadership (CEO/COO level exposure preferred)
  • Strong operational understanding of multi-site or multi-brand environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial awareness
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident decision-making in fast-paced environments
  • Discreet, professional, and trustworthy
