As a Country Manager, you will be a key member of the Senior Management team and your responsibilities will include
- Overseeing operations, sales, marketing and customer service functions
- Identifying and addressing key strategic opportunities
- Interfacing with local government agencies
- Managing the overall management of the operations including the development and execution of the organization's long term strategy
- Analysing the effectiveness of business units and work to reach financial goals
- Directing budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency
