Chief Operating Officer

Our client is an established, well renowned company on the Maltese Islands. As they are growing, they would like to engage a Chief Operations Officer to join their team

The Role

• You will provide leadership to the team and ensure agreed strategy is implemented across the company
• Ensure that all operations are conducted as per KPI's, within the quality framework and to the utmost customer satisfaction
• You will manage a number of departments and ensure synergies and continious improvement in all operational procedures
• Assist in the creation of the company strategy ensuring the growth and financial stability of the company
• Lead multiple projects by overseeing and coordinating the process whilst ensuring timeliness and keeping budget
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure that operations and budgets are alligned
• Have regular meetings and conducting regular reporting and analysis with all stakeholders and create reports 
• Deputise for the CEO wherever necessary
  

• Have a minimum 5 years experience at Senior Operational Management
• Have proven leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent at building relationships at all levels and with all stakeholders
• Know Maltese and English
• Be well organised and be IT saavy

• Have tertiary education and also preferably have an MBA
