Job description
Carisma Spa & Wellness is seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO. In this key role, you will be the CEO's right hand, ensuring smooth daily operations while driving initiatives across multiple functions. You will manage the CEO's calendar, emails, and communications, while also taking on strategic responsibilities in marketing, growth, human resources, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the trusted advisor and right hand to the CEO
Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, emails, and communications
Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders
Lead and coordinate strategic projects and initiatives across the company
Assist in decision-making and execution of key objectives
Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for the CEO
Support marketing and sales strategies to drive growth
Collaborate on HR initiatives, including talent acquisition and team management
Work with sales teams to track performance and identify opportunities for growth
Foster internal and external relationships on behalf of the CEO
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a strategic, high-level support role
Strong background in marketing, sales, growth strategy, or HR management
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Experience in project management and strategic planning
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
