Cafeteria Manager

We are looking for an autonomous and motivated Cafeteria Manager to oversee daily operations and drive the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day activities, including food preparation, inventory control, and cleanliness
• Train, schedule, and motivate a small team to maintain efficiency and high service standards
• Ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere while handling customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Manage budgets, track sales, and optimize costs to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards
• Assist in promoting the cafeteria, implementing specials, and increasing foot traffic.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years in a managerial role within a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and lead a small team
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills
• Understanding of food handling regulations and best practices.
