Branch Manager (Gozo)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Manager for our Gozo location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and a proven track record of success in a similar role. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations and driving the growth and profitability of the branch.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Manage and supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other branch managers and company leadership to share best practices and drive overall company success
- Prepare and present reports on branch performance to company executives
- Manage branch budget and expenses, making strategic decisions to optimize profitability
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions to inform business decisions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on findings
- Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to the industry
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
