Your Role:

  • Team Development: Partner with the Food and Beverage Manager to train and motivate our team, ensuring high performance.
  • Operational Support: Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring that revenue and expense targets are met.
  • Guest Relations: Build strong relationships with guests, handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Review and refine processes to boost service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recruitment and Training: Collaborate on recruitment efforts to build a strong, talented team.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support accounts, bookkeeping, and coordinate with the accountant for accurate financial management.
  • Data Management: Utilize Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and managing operational data.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with marketing coordination and execution to enhance the brand's presence and drive sales.
  • Maintenance Liaison: Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, and maintenance teams to ensure the smooth operation of facilities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 2 years in a management role within the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and management abilities with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Communication: Clear, effective communicator who can foster positive relationships with guests and staff alike.
  • Initiative: Proactive and able to work independently, spotting what needs to be done without being told.
  • Flexibility: Ready to work in a fast-paced environment with varying hours.
