Assistant Cinema Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cinema Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our cinema. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.


Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and supervise staff; ensure staff are following company policies and procedures

• Monitor and manage customer service, including resolving customer complaints

• Develop and implement strategies to maintain a safe and secure environment

• Monitor and manage box office sales, concession sales, and other revenue streams

• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

• Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities

• Overseeing and managing the outlets profitability by reaching monthly budgeted targets

• Monitor and maintain cinema equipment


Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role will be considered an asset, preference will be given to candidates coming from the hospitality industry

• Excellent customer service and communication skills in English, Maltese is a big plus

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
