Onboarding Coordinator

Our client who specializes in the Fintech industry is looking for an Onboarding Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process new merchants and partners
- Handle merchant and partner change requests post-onboarding is completed
- Ensuring data is correctly entered into the onboarding system
- Handle cases in a timely manner
- Collaborate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for onboarding
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues between the business and new merchants and partners.
- Collaborate with various internal teams, including sales, customer support, and product development, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Identify areas of process improvement/gaps in the system and escalate accordingly
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Requirements- Focused on customer service delivery and team collaboration
- Strong customer relationship/interaction skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
- 1-2 years experience working in a service-oriented role
