Front Desk Receptionist (Showroom)

Our client, a leading retail company within the furniture, finishing, and projects, is looking to recruit a Front Desk Receptionist to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be:
- Handling all front office operations and general office support.
- Greeting customers, ensuring they are provided with high-quality services
- Managing customer queries, handling all correspondence, and scheduling appointments
- Answering telephone calls in a courteous and friendly manner while diverting calls as necessary
- Assisting as necessary in any ad hoc administrative duties
- Handling after-sales calls & complaints
Working Hours - Showroom hours
Monday to Friday 9:00-19:00 on a roster
Saturdays 9:00 -13:00
Requirements- Previous experience in a similar role
- You will have a strong character and the ability to handle ‘difficult customers, understanding internally what needs to be done and following the job through to ensure that the customer is happy
- Pleasant personality and customer-centric approach to work
- Polite and Mature attitude
- Currently living in Malta
- A minimum Ordinary level of Education or equivalent
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and Maltese, knowledge of Italian is also preferable
- Competent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
