Job Description:

The CRM Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. This role focuses on creating personalized customer experiences, managing customer data, and developing campaigns to improve customer retention and engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and segmentation
• Develop and execute CRM campaigns to enhance customer retention and engagement
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and improve marketing efforts
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to align CRM strategies
• Implement automated workflows and personalized communication strategies
• Report on CRM performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience with Fast Track CRM platform
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalized marketing
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate effectively
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation
• Igaming experience is a plus.
