Your tasks:

  • As a Danish Customer Support Team Lead, you will lead and guide your team to excellence, ensuring top-notch customer service
  • You will generate impactful reports for stakeholders and the Customer Support Manager
  • Moreover, you will coach, inspire, and provide constructive feedback to Customer Support agents for stellar performance
  • Furthermore, you will set the standard for commitment, exemplary work ethic, and adherence to schedules
  • Finally, you will conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings, support recruitment, and create a high-performance team environment.

Your Qualification:

  • Self-driven and committed to enhancing the employee experience
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Creative thinker with extensive customer support and leadership experience
  • Passion for delivering top-notch customer service
  • Native proficiency in Danish and English, with other languages as a bonus.
