About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and motivated German-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and other communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support in German and English 

• Handle customer inquiries efficiently and empathetically 

• Resolve account, payment, and technical issues 

• Escalate complex cases where necessary 

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures 

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience 

Requirements

• Fluency in German and good command of English 

• Previous customer service experience preferred 

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends if required 

• Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems 

• Experience in iGaming or online support is an advantage
