Job Descripon:

The Affiliate Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the affiliate markeng strategy and managing the

affiliate team to drive sales and partnerships. This role involves working closely with affiliates, creang and

execung strategies to grow the affiliate program, and ensuring the team meets performance and revenue

goals.

Responsibilies:

• Lead and manage a team of affiliate account managers.
• Develop, implement, and manage affiliate markeng strategies.
• Monitor affiliate performance and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
• Build strong relaonships with affiliate partners.
• Opmize the affiliate program for key KPIs like conversions, ROI, and traffic growth.
• Negoate terms and commission structures with partners.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend strategies for improvement.​

Requirements:

• Proven experience in affiliate markeng or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent negoaon and communicaon skills.
• Analycal mindset with a focus on performance metrics.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking plaorms and tools.
• Fluent in Turkish and strong English wring and speaking skills.
• Igaming exprience is a plus
