Affiliate Specialist

Our client, offering an array of services across different industries for innovation, support and technology, are seeking to employ an Affiliate Specialist to join their Marketing team. The chosen candidate will handle affiliate inquiries, manage affiliate tickets, payouts, and onboard new affiliates with comprehensive guidance. 

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve daily affiliate queries and tickets through all communication channels
• Managing the affiliate software, processing commission payouts, and allocating clients to affiliates as requested
• Welcome new affiliates onboard by initiating communication with them, providing a comprehensive explanation of the affiliate program, its structure, payouts, and overall operation, and scheduling calls when necessary
• Optimise existing affiliate performance.
• Analyse and identify areas that are under-performing, and work with the marketing, content and creatives team to support the affiliates
• Research, identify, and recruit new affiliate partnerships, targeting both affiliates already in the industry and affiliates that are new to the space
• Stay informed about industry innovations, trends, and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities
• Deliver affiliate marketing reports to the management team

• Candidates must already be based in Malta
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages will be an asset
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with individuals from various backgrounds and with diverse needs
• Proactive and self-sufficient, demonstrating an ability to initiate tasks and manage their workload independently, without the need for constant oversight
• Proficiency in negotiation strategies and facilitating effective communication
• Exceptionally well-organized, ensuring efficient and structured work processes

• Qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Affiliation or a similar field
• Previous Marketing or Affiliation related experience will be considered an asset
