Our client is a boutique international tax and law firm.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide professional support to high-net-worth individuals relocating to Malta, assisting across various immigration and residency programmes;
  • Support the client onboarding process, including preparation of initial due diligence requests and drafting letters of engagement using established templates;
  • Guide clients through immigration requirements by requesting, reviewing, and providing feedback on documentation relevant to the applicable programmes;
  • Prepare and coordinate immigration applications, including completing application forms, arranging client meetings and notary appointments, and managing documentation in line with programme guidelines;
  • Liaise with third-party service providers, such as translation agencies, insurance providers, and chauffeur services, on behalf of clients and the firm;
  • Plan and coordinate client itineraries during visits to Malta, including logistical arrangements and, where required, cultural or leisure activities;
  • Ensure prompt, professional responses to client enquiries and telephone calls;
  • Proactively follow up with clients to obtain outstanding documentation or information required to progress applications;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date physical and electronic client records in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Prepare, submit, and provide clients with post-approval compliance documentation and renewal requirements;
  • Liaise with local immigration authorities and relevant government bodies on behalf of clients.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset;
  • Confident computer user, with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
Personal Skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels and build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment;
  • Proven capability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and using initiative;
  • High level of attention to detail, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service;
  • Results-driven, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines.
