Finance & Administrative Executive

Our client is looking for a Finance & Administrative Executive to join their Custody Operations team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop a career within financial services, supporting the administration of client investments, regulatory reporting, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Process client investment transactions and related documentation.
• Monitor and administer corporate actions in line with client instructions.
• Handle portfolio transfers and client payment requests.
• Perform regular reconciliations of client assets and funds.
• Assist with finance, management, and regulatory reporting.
• Support the team with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.

Full on-the-job training will be provided through hands-on experience and mentoring from team members. The role offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and career progression.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential; Maltese language skills will be considered a strong asset.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Quick learner with a willingness to develop new skills and knowledge.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work accurately, manage deadlines, and take ownership of responsibilities.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in investments or financial services is beneficial but not essential
