Operations Officer
Our client, a leading company in the Payments industry, is looking to employ an Operations Officer to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation
- Monitor systems and processes to ensure they meet client requirements
- Perform and oversee reconciliation of client accounts and transactions
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support
- Liaise with clients as required
- Assist with incident tracking and resolution across teams
Requirements
- Familiarity with card operations or similar processing environments is preferred
- Knowledge of BankWORKS is an asset
- Previous experience working within the Banking or Payments industry in a similar role locally
- Excellent verbal and written English
Education and Experience
- Diploma-level qualification or higher
