Technician
Mallard Co. Ltd in Malta is looking to recruit a Technician to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main duties:
- Attend and resolve repair and maintenance requests.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
- Repair equipment, fixtures, and fittings, including carpentry, painting, and minor construction tasks.
- Monitor meters, gauges, and control systems to ensure proper operation.
- Maintain and update maintenance records, inventory, and requisitions.
- Support emergency response procedures (e.g., power outages, leaks, fire alarms).
- Prioritize and organize work effectively, responding to urgent issues when needed.
- Share knowledge with colleagues and support team training.
- Ensure safety, security, and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
- A good standard of education
- Able to work on his initiative
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work with shifts on a seven-day schedule.
- Must be in possession of the Skillspass and residing in Malta for immediate start
