Electrical Engineer (Fixed term contract until June 2023)

Our client in the Construction industry in Malta is looking to recruit an Electrical Engineer to join their team on a full-time basis. This role is a fixed-term contract until 2023, working on one of Malta's largest residential and shopping mall complexes.
Duties will include:
- Ensure correct implementation of specifications & drawings by the subcontractors.
- Supervising subcontractors’ Works to make sure they are in line with the schedule and quality standards
- Managing on-site operations and providing technical support and guidance, solving arising site problems
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Ensure compliance with OHSE requirements
- Familiar with legal regulations and norms
- Assisting M&E manager about selecting subcontractors in tender stage, in material submittals, and similar tasks are given by M&E manager.
Requirements:
- BSc in Electrical Engineering
- The ability to interpret electrical drawings is essential
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
