Mechanical and Electrical Site Supervisor

Our client, a Mechanical and Electrical Services Company is looking for a skilled and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Site supervisor to join their team. Reporting to the Senior/ Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for:  

• Ensure that the works meet the required specifications for quality.
• Provide coaching to improve the performance of the team.
• Allocate and manage various trades efficiently.
• Manage third-party subcontractors effectively.
• Supervise the handling of materials on-site.
• Interpret schematics, workshop drawings, and plans accurately.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, including work progress, materials used, and manpower deployed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and functionality of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Fulfill any assigned duties from the Project Manager.
• Conduct induction courses for new team members.
• Conduct disciplinary actions when necessary.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 0700hrs - 1530hrs + Overtime

• A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
• Hold an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
• A clean driving license, preferably license B1.
• Possess effective communication skills.
